Our process

At Onaro, we aim to make the process as seamless and efficient as possible. Once we receive your watch, it is passed over to our watch makers for inspection. After our watch makers have inspected your watch we will contact you with a quote to service and repair any necessary components. This usually takes about 5-7 working days and if approved will take another 5 working days to be ready for collection.
