Originally produced In 1911 - Cartier has the enviable accolade as the the first company to create a watch worn on the wrist - created for the Brazilian aviator - Alberto santos Dumont, the Santos model was born. He wore an early version of the watch while taking flight for the first time in 1906.
Our steel Cartier santos in the medium size (35mm) features the iconic white dial with blue hands and black Roman numeral markers, powered by the in house Cartier movement with 42hour power reserve and 100 m water resistance .
Presented in very good condition , offered as a full set with additional strap option, and complete with original purchase provenance from late 2023, it also benefits from the remainder of the 8 year Cartier warranty.
