The Rolex Datejust 31 278274-0020 takes a familiar configuration and gives it a noticeably warmer character. Its pink dial sits against cool Oystersteel and an 18ct white gold fluted bezel, creating a contrast that feels distinctive without being overtly feminine.

At 31mm, the proportions give the dial enough space for the colour to make an impact without allowing it to dominate the watch.
