The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5811/1G takes everything we love about the Nautilus and refines it. Familiar at first glance, but on closer look it’s a thoughtful evolution rather than a simple reissue.

Now in 18k white gold, the case grows slightly to 41mm, though you’d be hard pressed to notice. The proportions still feel spot on. What you do notice is the way it wears, the weight, the presence, the way brushed and polished surfaces catch the light. And then there’s that detail for those paying attention, the return of the two part case, a subtle nod back to where it all began.

The dial does what Nautilus dials do best. A deep blue with a soft gradient that darkens towards the edge, horizontal embossing, clean white gold markers. Nothing overdone, nothing out of place. Turn it over and you’ll find the Caliber 26-330 S C, ticking away exactly as you’d expect. Finished beautifully, reliable, understated. Paired with that seamless bracelet, it all comes together in the way only a Nautilus can. Familiar, but just that bit sharper.

Originally supplied in 2026, our 5811/1G is presented in unworn condition, with no signs of wear and polishing. The watch comes as a complete set with the Patek paperwork, wallet, booklets and original Patek box.
