The Cubitus marked Patek Philippe's first entirely new collection in 25 years when it debuted in 2024, bringing a square case design to the brand's range of luxury sports watches. The steel 5821/1A-001 was one of three original references, distinguished by its olive green sunburst dial and horizontal embossing. Although its 45mm case gives it a substantial presence, the remarkably slim 8.3mm profile maintains the refined proportions associated with Patek Philippe's integrated bracelet watches. 

The Cubitus shares elements of its design language with the Nautilus, including the lateral case attachments and contrasting polished and satin finishes, but establishes a distinct identity through its angular construction. Its integrated steel bracelet incorporates a lockable adjustment system for greater comfort, while the self-winding Calibre 26-330 S C features a 21k gold rotor decorated to echo the horizontal pattern of the dial.
