Product Description
The Omega Speedmaster ‘Rising Sun’ was created as part of a five-watch collection celebrating the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Released in 2018 exclusively for the Japanese market, each version was limited to 2,020 pieces and featured colours inspired by the Olympic rings. The ‘Rising Sun’ takes its name from its striking red tachymeter bezel, paired with a sandblasted light grey dial and subtle red Speedmaster lettering.
The watch retains the familiar 42mm Speedmaster Professional design and is powered by the manually wound calibre 1861, a descendant of the movement used in the Moonwatch. Its solid caseback carries the Tokyo 2020 Olympic emblem, providing a lasting connection to the Games.
Presented in excellent condition, this 2020 (circa) 'Rising Sun' Speedmaster shows only light signs of wear and remains unpolished. Though no warranty card is included, the watch is supplied in its original Omega presentation box.
