The Patek Philippe Aquanaut Travel Time 5164A-001 was designed for people who travel, but it never feels like a watch defined by its complications. Every additional function has been integrated so naturally that the Aquanaut retains the simplicity and modern aesthetic that have made the collection so distinctive.

Local and home time are displayed by two central hour hands, supported by separate day and night indicators and a date linked to local time. The pushers on the left side of the case allow the local hour hand to be adjusted forwards or backwards in one-hour increments, making the watch particularly intuitive when crossing time zones.

Its black embossed dial, stainless steel case and matching composite strap preserve the understated design language of the Aquanaut. Despite the additional displays, the dial remains clean and balanced, allowing the watch to feel just as comfortable as an everyday sports watch as it does a dedicated travel companion.

Power comes from Patek Philippe's self-winding calibre 324 S C FUS, developed specifically for the Travel Time complication. The 5164A-001 succeeds because it never asks the wearer to think about its complexity. Instead, it delivers practical functionality in a watch that remains unmistakably easy to live with.
