The Patek Philippe Complications 5905R-010 combines an annual calendar with a flyback chronograph, bringing two substantial complications into a single, carefully organised display. Released in 2023, this blue sunburst dial variant replaced the earlier brown dial 5905R-001, retaining the rose gold case and distinctive arrangement of calendar apertures across the upper half of the dial. 

The annual calendar automatically accounts for months of different lengths, requiring adjustment only at the end of February. The flyback chronograph allows consecutive timings to begin with a single press, instantly resetting and restarting the chronograph without stopping it first. Its vertical clutch also allows the central chronograph seconds hand to run continuously without the wear associated with a conventional horizontal clutch.

Presented in unworn condition, this 5905R is offered as a complete set with 2023-dated paperwork, booklets, tag, pin pusher and Patek Philippe box. The watch also benefits from five-year international manufacturer's warranty.
