The Nautilus 5811/1G-001 marks a return to the original architecture of Patek Philippe's most recognisable sports watch, now crafted entirely in white gold. Succeeding the celebrated 5711, it revives the two-part case construction of Gérald Genta's 1976 design, with subtly enlarged 41mm proportions and a distinctly different character in precious metal.

This return to the original case construction required a redesigned winding stem mechanism, allowing the modern movement to be accommodated without compromising the architecture. The white gold bracelet also features a patented adjustment system, offering up to 4mm of additional length without tools. Thoughtful refinements that preserve the character of the original Nautilus while advancing its design.

Presented in excellent condition, this 5811/1G shows only light signs of wear and remains unpolished. The watch comes as a complete set with the Patek paperwork, wallet, booklets and original Patek box.
