Around the bezel, 68 baguette cut spessartite gemstones transition from light champagne tones through to rich cognac, creating a warm gradient that feels elegant rather than extravagant.

The rose gilt dial features the signature Nautilus wave pattern, paired with 11 matching spessartite hour markers that catch the light with subtle brilliance. At 35.2 mm, the proportions feel balanced and effortless on the wrist. A date display at six o clock adds everyday practicality, while the automatic calibre 26 330 S C delivers the reliable precision Patek Philippe is known for.

The integrated bracelet flows seamlessly from the case, finished with a careful mix of brushed and polished surfaces that highlight the craftsmanship throughout. With 79 spessartite gemstones in total, the 7118 1300R blends colour, elegance, and timeless design in a way that feels both luxurious and quietly distinctive.
