The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 126500LN-0001 is the modern Panda Daytona, and one of the most recognisable chronographs in the current Rolex catalogue. Its white dial, black sub-dials and black Cerachrom bezel give the watch its defining contrast, creating a configuration that has become one of the most sought-after in modern Rolex collecting.

Introduced in 2023, the 126500LN replaced the hugely successful 116500LN, refining the Daytona without changing the formula that made it so desirable. The case profile feels cleaner and more resolved, while the slimmer bezel surround gives the watch a sharper, more balanced presence on the wrist. It is still unmistakably Daytona, just tightened and brought into the latest generation.

Inside sits Rolex’s calibre 4131, the updated in-house chronograph movement introduced with this generation. It continues the Daytona’s reputation for precision, reliability and everyday usability, while supporting the model’s role as Rolex’s definitive motorsport chronograph.

What makes the 126500LN so effective is its restraint. Rolex changed just enough to make the watch feel newer, cleaner and more refined, but not so much that it lost the identity that made the ceramic Panda Daytona so desirable in the first place.
