The Nautilus 5990/1A brings together two of Patek Philippe's most practical complications in one of its most recognisable designs. Combining a flyback chronograph with the manufacture's Travel Time system, it allows the wearer to track two time zones simultaneously while retaining the unmistakable proportions and integrated bracelet of the Nautilus.

The Travel Time mechanism allows the local hour hand to be adjusted independently in one-hour increments, with discreet day/night indicators for both time zones. A date display at 12 o'clock is synchronised with local time, while the flyback chronograph allows consecutive timings without stopping and resetting the mechanism. An impressive level of functionality integrated into the Nautilus without sacrificing its distinctive character.

Presented in very good condition, this 5990/1A shows only light sings of wear and polishing. Offered as a full set with 2018-dated certificate of authenticity, bookpack and original Patek Philippe box.
