The Patek Philippe Nautilus 5712/1A-001 proves that perfect balance doesn't always come from perfect symmetry. While most watch dials are designed around order, the 5712 embraces an unconventional layout, combining a moon phase, date, power reserve indicator and small seconds display into a composition that has become one of the most recognisable in modern watchmaking.

Housed within the iconic 40mm stainless steel Nautilus case, the blue embossed dial is unmistakably Patek Philippe. The horizontal pattern catches the light beautifully, while the asymmetrical arrangement of complications creates a dial that feels dynamic without ever appearing crowded. Every indication has its place, resulting in a watch that reveals more character the longer you spend with it.

Powering the 5712 is the self-winding Calibre 240 PS IRM C LU. Its ultra-thin architecture is made possible by a 22ct gold micro-rotor, allowing the watch to maintain the slim profile that has always been central to the Nautilus. Visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, the movement showcases the refined finishing and technical expertise for which Patek Philippe is renowned.
