The Nautilus 5726A-001 brought Patek Philippe's annual calendar complication to the collection for the first time in 2010, combining one of the manufacture's signature mechanisms with its established sports watch design. Initially offered exclusively in stainless steel on a leather strap, it introduced a more complicated Nautilus without sacrificing the balanced proportions of the original. The charcoal grey dial retains the collection's horizontal embossing, with a black gradient towards the edges.

Rather than using multiple subdials for the calendar, Patek Philippe arranged the day, date and month in three discreet apertures, leaving the display at six o'clock for the moon phases and 24-hour indication. The annual calendar automatically accounts for months of different lengths, requiring just one manual correction each year at the beginning of March, while preserving the Nautilus's characteristic simplicity.

This 2023 5726A is presented in unworn condition, with no signs of wear or polishing, and offered as a complete set with booklets and original Patek Philippe wooden box.
